The movie revolves around Varsha (played by Manisha Koirala), who is beautiful and lively. One day a rich businessman named Shravan (played by Sanjay Dutt) meets Varsha and tries to impress her. Shravan becomes friends with Varsha and later proposes to her for marriage. Varsha agrees to his proposal and they get engaged. Before marriage, the couple goes for a small vacation. Later, Shravan tells his intentions to Varsha and her dreams break in a second. He says that he just wanted a physical relationship with Varsha. The heartbroken Varsha leaves the country to stay away from Shravan and starts a new life with the name Payal. After many years, Payal/Varsha meets Karan (played by Ajay Devgn). Karan is an artist and falls in love with Payal and tells her that he sees the same woman like her in his dreams and proposes to her for marriage. At first, Payal refuses but later she understands Karan’s love and agrees to the marriage. During marriage rituals, she sees Shravan and everything just changes when she gets to know that Shravan is the elder brother of Karan. The movie got average reviews. The people loved to watch Sanjay Dutt, Ajay Devgn, and Manisha Koirala on the same screen. But the movie flopped at the box office. The movie got negative reviews because of the plot of the movie which was predictable and had the same outdated love triangle.
